Executive Service—shall mean that part of a Participant’s Service rendered while he was an Executive; provided, however, that in the case of a Principal Officer Participant, Executive Service shall include only that part of a Participant’s Service rendered while he was a Principal Officer.
Principal Officer means an employee of the portfolio manager who has been designated as such by the portfolio manager and is responsible for: -
Principal officers for a corporation means the officers designated under Subsection 31A-5-203(3).
L/C Participant shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).
Named Executive Officer or “NEO” means each of the following individuals:
Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
Other Participant means a cooperative project participant other than the United States.
Registered Participant means a market participant which has entered into a Participation Agreement with the Allocation Platform Rights Document means a document containing the information of the maximum amount of allocated Physical Transmission Rights (identified by CAI) that can be nominated by a market participant per Bidding Zone border per day per hour and per direction taking into account the volume of Daily Transmission Rights initially acquired and any possible curtailments which occurred before the issuance of the Rights Document. Working Day means the calendar days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays as specified on the website of the Allocation Platform;
Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.
Non-Officer Employee means any person who serves or has served as an employee or agent of the Corporation, but who is not or was not a Director or Officer;
Voting Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).
Principal Financial Officer shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act.
Eligible Executive means an employee of the Company selected as being eligible to participate in this Plan under Section C.1.a.
Exchange Participant means (a) the Bank which is a person registered as a China Connect Exchange Participant (as defined in the SEHK China Connect Rules) by SEHK; or (b) where the context requires, any China Connect Exchange Participant (as defined in the SEHK China Connect Rules).
Plan Participant means a person who is eligible to receive, and is receiving, a pension benefit from the Plan.
Retired Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has become entitled to retirement benefits under the Plan.
Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:
Reporting Participant means a Participant who is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
Key Executive means an employee of a Textron Company who has been and continues to be designated as a Key Executive under the Plan by Textron’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.
Designated Participant means a key Employee of the Company or any other Participating Company who is designated by the Committee in writing to participate in the Program.
CDS Participant means a broker, dealer, bank or other financial institution or other person for whom, from time to time, CDS effects book entries for the Units deposited with CDS.
