Prior Bond Fund definition

Prior Bond Fund means the fund or funds established in connection with the issuance of the Prior Bonds to pay the debt service on the Prior Bonds.
Prior Bond Fund means the bond fund created under Section 4.01(b) of the Prior Indenture from which payments of principal and interest on the Prior Bonds are made.
Prior Bond Fund means the “County of Xxxxxxx, Kentucky, Pollution Control Revenue Bond Fund, 1997 Series A (Louisville Gas and Electric Company Project)”, created by the 1997 Series A Indenture.

Prior Bond Fund or "Escrow Fund" means the XxXxxxxxx County School District Finance Corporation School Building Revenue Bond and Interest Redemption Fund of December 30, 2010 established by the Prior Bond Resolution to provide for the payment of the Prior Issue and maintained with The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., St. Louis, Missouri.
Prior Bond Fund means the funds created under the provisions of the Prior Indenture from which payments of principal and interest on the Prior Bonds are made.

Related to Prior Bond Fund

  • Bond Fund means the fund created by Section 6.02 of the Indenture.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $280,000 of the Series J Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Interest Reserve Account means that Interest Reserve Account maintained by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.1(a), which account shall be an Eligible Account.

In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Interest Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.2(b).

  • Project Fund means the fund required to be established by this Resolution for the deposit of the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • State funds means any funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly or collected by the State of North Carolina.   • Interest Funds With respect to each Mortgage Group and any Payment Date, (a) the sum of, without duplication, (1) all interest collected (other than the interest portion of Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Due Period by the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus, (x) to the extent provided under Sections 4.02(e)(3) and (4) and Sections 5.08(i) and (ii) herein, previously unreimbursed Advances and Nonrecoverable Advances due to the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor master servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (y) the Servicing Administration Fee and Master Servicing Fee with respect to such Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group and (z) any fees and expenses of any Custodian with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group to the extent not paid by the Seller or its Affiliates, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments or payments in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.21 with respect to the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (3) the portion of any Purchase Price or Substitution Amount paid with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) such Mortgage Group’s pro rata share of: (i) the Owner Trustee Fee, (ii) any costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable or otherwise due to the Master Servicer, Servicer, the Subservicer, the Indenture Trustee, any Custodian, the Owner Trustee or the Trust Administrator to the extent provided in this Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and any Custodial Agreement and (iii) any Net Swap Payment.

  • State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.

  • Capitalized Interest Account Initial Deposit means $1,733,333.78 deposited on the Closing Date.

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Bond Purchase Fund means the Fund so designated, which is created and established by a Series Indenture.
