Process Design Package definition

Process Design Package means a compilation of text, figures, drawings and documentation, relating to the design and construction of a Licensed Plant, in the form as attached to the Site License Agreement and which may be modified from time to time by mutual consent of the Parties.
Process Design Package means the process design package to be delivered to Licensee as more fully described in Appendix C
Process Design Package or “PDP” shall mean a process design package prepared, on the basis of the existing PDP provided by SESHK and its Affiliates, for a specific customer project for which a PSA has been executed, and which shall comply with China’s latest industrial standard.

  • If Licensor specifies in the Process Design Package an autothermal reforming catalyst commercially available from a third party, Licensee shall have the right to purchase such catalyst directly from a third party.

  • Such fee shall be invoiced by Licensor to Licensee after delivery of a Process Design Package and payment shall be due within 30 days from receipt of invoice by Licensee.

  • Such payment shall be due and payable, via electronic transfer to a U.S. located bank account to be established by GEC, upon receipt of invoice according to the following schedule: Payment 1: $1.0 million accompanying written notification to GEC to begin work on the Process Design Package, but no later than January 31, 2004.

Process Design Package means the comprehensive design package for Nano Reactor Units and each component thereof, including (a) the Drawings and Specifications, and (b) any other drawings, schematics, flow charts, diagrams (including piping and instrumentation diagrams); equipment and process data sheets; logic diagrams; graphic displays; performance data; and technical or operating manuals; in each case that are in tangible print or that are or may be electronically stored and retrieved by any means and relate to the design, fabrication, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of the CTI System or any Nano Reactor Unit.
Process Design Package means the documentation listed in Exhibit C which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Process Design Package means a compilation of text, figures, drawings and documentation, relating to the design and construction of a Licensed Plant which may be modified from time to time by mutual consent of the Parties (and expressly excluding Reactor Information) which is necessary and sufficient to prepare the detailed design and engineering necessary to construct and operate a Licensed Plant. 1.34 "REACTOR INFORMATION" means all information, including but not limited to data, processes, plans, specifications, flow sheets, designs, and drawings, relating to the internal design or functions, including, without limitation, tube count, tube size and configuration and catalyst volume, relating to any Syntroleum autothermal reformer or Xxxxxxx-Tropsch reactors which, at any time during the term of this Agreement, Licensor discloses to Licensee. 1.35 "REACTOR VENDOR" shall mean those fabricators approved by Licensor (or Syntroleum) to perform the fabrication and/or maintenance and repair of autothermal reformer or Xxxxxxx-Tropsch reactors for installation and use in Licensed Facilities.
