Program and Budget definition

Program and Budget means a Program and a corresponding Budget, which may be an Operating Program and Budget, an Additional Program and Budget, a Closure Program and Budget, or a Supplemental Program and Budget.
Program and Budget means a program of Mining Operations prepared by the Operator as well as a budget in connection with Expenditures to be made with respect thereto.
Program and Budget means a "Program" being a description in reasonable detail of Operations to be conducted and objectives to be achieved by the General Manager within the Property; and "Budget" means, in relation to each Program, a detailed estimate of all Project Expenditure required in order to conduct such Operations;

Examples of Program and Budget in a sentence

  • Neither Party shall have the right to transfer their participating interest if the Optionee Property Program and Budget shall remain in full force and effect.

  • If the Optionee has incurred Expenditures aggregating a minimum of $3.5 million further to the Program and Budget, the Optionee shall be entitled to provide a written notice of exercise of the Crown Lands Option (which may be coupled with the IOL Forced Option) to the Optionor stating the amount of Expenditures funded (the “Notice of Exercise”).

More Definitions of Program and Budget

Program and Budget means (i) the exploration program and budget related to the expenditures of the Unit Proceeds, as set forth in Schedule "C" hereto; or (ii) the exploration program and budget related to the expenditure of the Additional Exploration Funds, as determined in accordance with Section 7.3 of the Option Agreement, as applicable;
Program and Budget means a description in reasonable detail of the Mining Activities proposed to be conducted and objectives to be accomplished by the Operator with respect to the Property in a Financial Year, together with a detailed estimate of all costs and expenditures to be incurred by the Participants (or Generation during the Sole Funding Period) for such Financial Year;
Program and Budget means a description in reasonable detail of the activities to be carried out by Tectonic under this Lease during a calendar year, together with a detailed estimate and schedule of all Expenditures to be incurred by Tectonic with respect to such activities.
Program and Budget. City shall provide full information, to include a program which shall set forth City's objectives, schedule, constraints, budget and other necessary design criteria.
Program and Budget means the program and budget attached as Schedule B. “Purchased Assets” has the meaning set forth in the Arrangement Agreement. “Purchaser Technical Report” has the meaning set forth in the Arrangement Agreement.
