Program and Budget definition

Program and Budget means a Program and a corresponding Budget, which may be an Operating Program and Budget, an Additional Program and Budget, a Closure Program and Budget, or a Supplemental Program and Budget.
Program and Budget means a program of Mining Operations prepared by the Operator as well as a budget in connection with Expenditures to be made with respect thereto.
Program and Budget means a Program and a corresponding Budget, which Budget may include Chargeable Costs in addition to those to be incurred in carrying out such Program.

More Definitions of Program and Budget

Program and Budget means a "Program" being a description in reasonable detail of Operations to be conducted and objectives to be achieved by the General Manager within the Property; and "Budget" means, in relation to each Program, a detailed estimate of all Project Expenditure required in order to conduct such Operations;
