Examples of Prohibited Activities and Conditions in a sentence
Borrower shall take all appropriate steps (including the inclusion of appropriate provisions in any Leases approved by Lender which are executed after the date of this Agreement) to prevent its employees, agents, contractors, tenants and occupants of the Facility from causing or permitting any Prohibited Activities and Conditions.
Borrower shall pay promptly the reasonable costs of any environmental inspections, tests or audits (“Environmental Inspections”) required by Lender in connection with any foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure or, if required by Lender, as a condition of Lender’s consent to any “Transfer” (as defined in the Mortgage), or required by Lender following a commercially reasonable determination by Lender that Prohibited Activities and Conditions may exist.
Borrower has not at any time caused or permitted any Prohibited Activities and Conditions.
Borrower's receipt of or knowledge of any complaint, order, notice of violation or other communication from any Governmental Authority or other person with regard to present, or future alleged Prohibited Activities and Conditions or any other environmental, health or safety matters affecting the Property, the Improvements or any other property of Borrower that is adjacent to the Property.
