Prohibited Investments means those investments that a Covered person generally may not hold or purchase. Prohibited Investments include the following: o SHARES OF FUNDS SUB-A DVISED BY MARSICO ("MCM SUB-ADVISED FUNDS"). MCM Sub-advised Funds may not be purchased or held by Covered Persons. If a Covered Person already holds shares of any MCM Sub-advised Fund when a related Employee joins Marsico, the shares must be disposed of (see D.1.d. below).
