Project Phase 1 definition

Project Phase 1 means the first phase of any Collaboration Program to identify one or more Therapies to the Target that meet the Lead Candidate Criteria;
Project Phase 1 means the development and construction of at least 150,000 square feet of gross building square footage and associated site improvements within the portion of the Property that is labeled as “Project Phase 1” in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

More Definitions of Project Phase 1

Project Phase 1 means the U.S. 36 CDOT Project–Phase 1 and the U.S. 36 Managed Lanes Project–Phase 1, collectively.
Project Phase 1 means the first phase of the Project, to be developed on the east side of State Road 7 and as shown on the Pre-Development Plan and described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, which phase is comprised of (i) a portion of the Apartment Component and related amenities, (ii) a portion of the Commercial Component, (iii) all of the Civic and Community Component, and (iv) those portions of the Parking Component, roads and necessary infrastructure to support the foregoing.
Project Phase 1 refers to Phase 1 of the Project as approved by Xxxxxx County in the Project Approval (1,948 acres).

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
