Project Result means Progress Reports, Completion Reports and the targeted achievements and deliverables mentioned in the Approved Project Proposal. Relative means the spouse, parent, child, brother or sister of the relevant person, and, in deducing such a relationship, an adopted child shall be deemed to be a child both of the natural parents and the adopting parent and a step child to be a child of both the natural parents and of any step parent.
Project Result means all results created or achieved in conjunction with the Project, including Intellectual Property Rights, irrespective of whether the results are protected by legislation.
Project Result in applied research means new knowledge and skills for the development of products, processes or services; knowledge and skills applied as results that are protected under the laws governing the protection of the results of copyright, inventive or similar activities or used by the professional public or other users; project result in development means design of new or substantially improved products, processes or services,

Should one party not wish to protect a Project Result, then that party must allow the other party to establish protection at its’ own expense.
When both Parties have contributed to the development of a Project Result which cannot be divided, the Parties shall have joint ownership to the Project Result.
The Parties shall communicate in writing within 1 month after a Project Result has been identified.
Any Project Results from the Project that do not comprise Background pursuant to Appendix 3 and are not approved as Background by the Parties will automatically be assigned the status of Project Result.
The joint ownership agreement shall as a minimum include a definition of relevant Project Result having joint ownership, and a detailed description of how the jointly owned Project Result shall be protected, defended, managed, funded and used.

Project Result means (a) any product, material, structure, layout, circuit design, method or process (i) developed pursuant to the Joint Development Work, and/or (ii) which is or uses Foreground IP and/or Everspin Background IP, and (b) all tangible and intangible results and items arising out of or constituting the results of the Joint Development Work, including, without limitation, all deliverables and documentation. Project Result means any deliverables arising from the Project which may be, without limitation, in the form of new technologies, products, facilities, databases, computer software/ programmes, reports, technical manuals or consultancy services. Steering Committee means the steering committee to be established by the Beneficiary pursuant to clause 10.
Project Result means any result, of any nature (including Materials and Confidential Information), that comes out of the (collaborative) efforts of the NBIC Project Participant(s) carried out under an NBIC Project Agreement, including all IP Rights attached thereto as well as the right to apply for an IP Right.
