Project Result definition

Project Result means Progress Reports, Completion Reports and the targeted achievements and deliverables mentioned in the Approved Project Proposal. Relative means the spouse, parent, child, brother or sister of the relevant person, and, in deducing such a relationship, an adopted child shall be deemed to be a child both of the natural parents and the adopting parent and a step child to be a child of both the natural parents and of any step parent.

Examples of Project Result in a sentence

  • RECIPIENT shall provide to the INSTITUTE a copy of each such agreement affecting joint ownership of any Project Result.

  • All agreements between RECIPIENT and a Collaborator, or a third party participating in the development of the Project Results, relating to or affecting joint ownership of any Project Result shall recognize the licenses, interests and other rights provided to the INSTITUTE in the Contract.

  • When both Parties have contributed to the development of a Project Result which cannot be divided, the Parties shall have joint ownership to the Project Result.

Project Result means any result, of any nature (including Materials and Confidential Information), that comes out of the (collaborative) efforts of the NBIC Project Participant(s) carried out under an NBIC Project Agreement, including all IP Rights attached thereto as well as the right to apply for an IP Right.
