Project Status Schedule Update means the logic-based critical path schedule submitted monthly containing progress status and enabling comparison to the Project Baseline Schedule. Property has the meaning set forth in Article 2.2.1 of the Agreement and shall include only such property as identified in the Environmental Document Approval. Proposal has the meaning set forth in Recital F of the Agreement.

Related to Project Status Schedule Update

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • proof of B-BBEE status level of contributor means:B-BBEE Status level certificate issued by an authorized body or person;A sworn affidavit as prescribed by the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice;Any other requirement prescribed in terms of the B-BBEE Act;

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
