Project Baseline Schedule definition

Project Baseline Schedule means the logic-based critical path schedule for all Work leading up to and including Final Acceptance for all Project Segments, as described in Section 2 of the Technical Provisions.
Project Baseline Schedule means the logic-based critical path schedule for all Work from commencement of the Work leading up to and including, without limitation, each Milestone Schedule Deadline, Substantial Completion and Final Acceptance, to be prepared by Design- Build Team consistent with and taking into account the Milestone Schedule, as and to the extent such schedule has been approved by GDOT, all as more particularly described in Section 2.3 of the Technical Provisions, and all revisions to such schedule as provided in the DB Documents. The Project Baseline Schedule shall not mean the Project Status Schedule Updates as set forth in Section 2.3.4 of the Technical Provisions, nor shall such Project Status Schedule Updates constitute revisions or amendments to the Project Baseline Schedule.
Project Baseline Schedule means the logic-based critical path schedule for all D&C Work as described in the Technical Provisions, as may be revised and updated in accordance with the Project Documents.

  • All Float contained in the Project Schedule, as shown in the initial Project Baseline Schedule or as generated thereafter, shall be considered a Project resource available to either Party or both Parties as needed to absorb delays caused by any event, achieve schedule milestones, interim completion dates or Completion Deadlines.

  • Developer shall provide notice to TxDOT no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled date of the completion of (a) and (b) above based on and consistent with the most current Project Baseline Schedule Update.


More Definitions of Project Baseline Schedule

Project Baseline Schedule means the approved critical path schedule prepared by the Design-Build Entity for performance of all Work within the Contract Time, as approved by the Owner.
Project Baseline Schedule means the approved critical path schedule prepared by the Design-Builder for performance of all Work.
Project Baseline Schedule means the schedule meeting the requirements of Appendix A9 (Scheduling Procedures and Reporting Requirements) approved by Company pursuant to Section 4.3.2 (Project Baseline Schedule).

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
