Project Studies definition

Project Studies mean all feasibility studies and all geological, reserve, engineering, metallurgical and financial data and evaluations of the Project, the Ancillary Property Rights and the Subject Properties prepared by or for the benefit of Miner or otherwise in the possession and control of Miner which would reasonably be expected to be material to Royal Gold and made available to Royal Gold prior to the signing of the Master Agreement.
Project Studies has the meaning set forth in Section 3(g).
Project Studies means with respect to the Project (a) any request by the Dominion Member or any of its Affiliates to a Governmental Authority for a material study related to the development, construction, ownership, management, or operation of the Project and the study produced as a result of such request, in each case, delivered during the three (3) year period immediately prior to the date hereof, and (b) any material formal written report prepared by the Dominion Member or any of its Affiliates, or by a third party at the request of the Dominion Member or any of its Affiliates, and delivered during the three (3) year period immediately prior to the date hereof, relating to (i) wind speed and production, ground conditions (onshore and offshore), bathymetry, marine mammals, commercial fisheries, shipping and navigation, avian and bat studies and/or radar and aviation or (ii) interconnection, network or other infrastructure upgrade costs associated with the development of the Project, excluding, in each case, Appendix F (Maritime Archaeological Resources Assessment) of the BOEM construction and operations plan and any raw testing data.

More Definitions of Project Studies

Project Studies means, (a) for each ProjectCo, any request by the applicable ProjectCo to a Governmental Authority for a material study related to the transmission, interconnection or construction or operation of a ProjectCo and the study produced as a result of such request, in each case, delivered since the Lookback Date, and (b) for each ProjectCo, any material formal written report prepared by a Group Company, or by a third party at the request of a Group Company, and delivered since the Lookback Date, relating to (i) wind speed and production, ground conditions (onshore and offshore), bathometry, marine mammals, commercial fisheries, shipping and navigation, avian and bat studies and/or radar and aviation or (ii) interconnection or network upgrade costs associated with interconnection Contractual Obligations.

Related to Project Studies

  • Development Work means any work carried out in relation to the physical construction of a mine;

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Project Activities means the activities to be undertaken or Works to be delivered or Property to be contributed or provided by you, your approved Sub-Grantees or your approved sub- contractors as summarised in the Particulars and more particularly described in the Agreed Proposal for which Xxxxx is payable under this Agreement;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
