Protected Product definition

Protected Product means the Services comprising the FCI Premium (including Premium ‘Plus’ Products), Standard, and Essential Product(s) solely for residential Property Site(s) comprising a single residential dwelling or House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) and FCI Retail Product(s) solely for commercial Property Site(s) comprising a single small (<0.25Ha) commercial Property Site where the principle activity is the sale or display of goods or services (from the premises) to walk-in members of the general public, with the exclusion of garages, petrol stations and retail stores associated with petrol stations.
Protected Product means the Services comprising the FCI Premium, Standard, and Essential Product(s) solely for residential Property Site(s) comprising a single residential dwelling and FCI Retail Product(s) solely for commercial Property Site(s) comprising a single commercial Property Site where the Use Class is within categories A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 or C4. For the avoidance of doubt the Protected Product does not apply to business or commercial premises outside the specified categories or retail stores associated with petrol filling stations.

Protected Product means (i) any nonwoven footwear component material sold by Xxxxxx or its Affiliates covered by at least one Valid Claim, and (ii) any MicroPCM materials sold by Xxxxxx and its Affiliates used to create a nonwoven footwear component material covered by at least one Valid Claim, provided, however, that Xxxxxx shall only be required to pay royalties pursuant to Article 3 once with respect to any materials used to create such a nonwoven footwear component material covered by at least one Valid Claim. If, for example, any such materials (i) are sold by Xxxxxx, or its respective Affiliates, and (ii) are re-acquired by Xxxxxx or its respective Affiliates as part of a created nonwoven footwear component material, and (iii) the created nonwoven footwear component material is then re-sold under circumstances in which a royalty will be paid under Article 3, no royalty shall be paid with respect to the initial sale of the materials used to create the nonwoven footwear component materials, but royalties shall be paid on the final sale of the created nonwoven footwear component material.
Protected Product means a Licensed Product for which (a) Beam exercises a Beam Protected Product Option in accordance with Section 5.1 and pays the Beam Protected Product Option Fee in accordance with Section 8.2, or (b) Prime does not exercise the Prime Opt-In Option prior to the expiration of the Prime Opt-In Option Period for such Licensed Product in accordance with Section 5.2 (such Licensed Product in the foregoing (b), a “Non-Optioned Protected Product”).

  • Protected Territory means the United States of America.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Recycled product means a product containing recovered material, or post-consumer recovered material, or both.
