Public Disclosure Record means collectively, all of the documents which have been filed on xxx.xxxxx.xxx since June 1, 2017 by or on behalf of the Corporation with the Securities Commissions pursuant to the requirements of Canadian Securities Laws;
Public Disclosure Record means all documents filed by or on behalf of the Company on the System for Electronic Document Analysis Retrieval (“SEDAR”) since January 1, 2015 and prior to the date hereof that are publicly available on the date hereof;

Public Disclosure Record means collectively, all of the documents which have been filed by or on behalf of the Parent with the relevant securities regulators pursuant to the requirements of applicable securities Laws, or pursuant to the ASX Listing Rules.
