Purchased Software definition

Purchased Software means Software that is licensed to Customer and for which Customer has agreed to pay a License Fee to Exalens (directly or through an intermediary);
Purchased Software has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(g).
Purchased Software means Software that is licensed to End User and for which End User has paid a License Fee to CrossFlow, whether directly or through an Authorized Partner.

  • Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Exalens grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Purchased Software.


More Definitions of Purchased Software

Purchased Software shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.01(a)(ii).
Purchased Software has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.7(a).
Purchased Software means that Software listed on Schedule 2.1.1 as part of the Purchased Assets.
