Purchaser Units definition

Purchaser Units means Purchaser Private Units and Purchaser Public Units, collectively.

Purchaser Units means the units issued in the IPO (including overallotment units acquired by Purchaser’s underwriter) consisting of (i) one (1) share of Purchaser Class A Common Stock; and (ii) one Purchaser Public Warrant and any private units.

Purchaser Units means the Purchaser Public Units and the Purchaser Private Units.

• Purchaser has taken no action in an attempt to terminate the registration of the Purchaser Ordinary Shares, Purchaser Units or Purchaser Rights under the Exchange Act.
