Purchaser Units definition

Purchaser Units means Purchaser Private Units and Purchaser Public Units, collectively.

Purchaser Units means the units issued in the IPO (including overallotment units acquired by Purchaser’s underwriter) consisting of (i) one (1) share of Purchaser Class A Common Stock; and (ii) one Purchaser Public Warrant and any private units.

Purchaser Units means the units issued in the IPO (including overallotment units acquired by Purchaser’s underwriters) consisting of one (1) Purchaser Class A Share and one-half (1/2) of one Purchaser Public Warrant.
