Qualified Purposes definition

Qualified Purposes means construction, rehabilitation and repair of public school facilities within the jurisdiction of the Issuer, including equipping of school facilities improved with Bond proceeds.
Qualified Purposes means the construction, rehabilitation, or repair of a public school facility (including expenditures for the acquisition of equipment to be used in a portion of a public school facility being constructed, rehabilitated, or repaired with the proceeds of the Notes) or for the acquisition of land on which such a facility is to be constructed with a portion of the proceeds of the Notes.
Qualified Purposes for QSCB means the capital costs of the construction, rehabilitation or repair of the public school facilities comprising a Borrower Project, including expenditures for costs of acquisition of equipment to be used in a facility being constructed, rehabilitated or repaired, or acquisition of land on which the Project will be constructed.

More Definitions of Qualified Purposes

Qualified Purposes means, with respect to QZABs, (i) rehabilitating or repairing the Project in which the Academy is established, (ii) providing equipment for use at the Academy, (iii) developing course materials for education to be provided at the Academy, and (iv) training teachers and other school personnel in such Academy.
Qualified Purposes means construction, rehabilitation and repair of public school facilities within the jurisdiction of the Issuer, including equipping of school facilities improved with Bond proceeds (specifically including the construction and equipping of a new elementary school - O. W. Dillon Elementary School - for the Kentwood area).
Qualified Purposes means those purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, which are permitted of the corporation as a qualified organization which is not a private foundation under the said Internal Revenue Code;
Qualified Purposes means the construction, rehabilitation, or repair of a public school facility or for the acquisition of land on which such a facility is to be constructed with part of the Available Project Proceeds as described in Section 54F(a)(1) of the Tax Code. Expenditures for costs of acquisition of equipment to be used in such portion of the public school facility that that is being constructed, rehabilitated, or repaired with proceeds of the Bonds constitute a Qualified Purpose.

Related to Qualified Purposes

  • Approved Purposes means the use of Data by the Provider for the purposes of providing services authorized by APS in Agreements entered into between APS and the Provider (“Authorized Services”) during the term of the SDUPA., and for no other purpose.

  • Residential purposes means use for dwelling or recreational purposes, or both.

  • Commercial Purposes means any commercial or profit generating purpose including the sale, lease of other transfer of the Material and includes uses of the Material by any organisation, including Recipient, to perform contract research, to produce or manufacture products for general sale, or to conduct research activities that result in any sale, lease, license, or transfer of the Material.
