Real Property Mortgages definition

Real Property Mortgages means the mortgages, deeds of trust and other security documents granting a Lien on any Real Property Assets of the Borrower or any Grantor, together with its interest in such property, to secure the Obligations, each in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.
Real Property Mortgages each of the mortgages and deeds of trust made by any Loan Party in favor of, or for the benefit of, the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-4 (with such changes thereto as shall be advisable under the law of the jurisdiction in which such mortgage or deed of trust is to be recorded).

Real Property Mortgages means those deeds to secure debt, mortgages, deeds of trust and other instruments executed by any Loan Party in connection with the Original Credit Agreement, the Second Amended Credit Agreement, the Existing Credit Agreement or thereafter for the purpose of granting to the Lenders a lien on or other security interest in the Real Property, in each case, as from time to time supplemented, amended, restated, renewed, extended or otherwise modified.
