Record Set definition

Record Set means one or more answers for a specific DNS query.
Record Set means a group of records maintained by or for the Covered Entity that are:

More Definitions of Record Set

Record Set means the copy of the Drawings, Specifications, Change Orders and other modifications of the Agreement to be maintained at the Project Site by the Construction Manager, in good order and updated to record current changes which shall include additions, revisions, modifications, change orders, approved substitutions, shop drawings and accurate dimensioned locations for items recorded, including but not limited to, all underground utilities. Request for Information (RFI) means a request from the Construction Manager seeking an interpretation or clarification by the Consultant relative to the Agreement and/or the Contract Documents. The RFI, which shall be clearly marked RFI, shall clearly and concisely set forth the issue(s) or item(s) requiring clarification or interpretation and why the response is needed. The RFI must set forth the Construction Manager’s interpretation or understanding of the document(s) in question, along with the reason for such understanding or recommendation for proposed change. Risk Administrator means the City’s Risk Management Administrator, or designee, or the individual named by the City Manager to administer matters relating to insurance and risk of loss for the City. Schedule of Values means a written schedule setting forth the detailed and itemized cost breakdown, inclusive of labor, material, and taxes of all elements comprising the GMP set forth in the GMP Proposal.
Record Set means a group of records that includes protected health information and is maintained by or for a covered entity or the Business Associate that includes, but is not limited to, medical, billing, enrollment, payment, claims adjudication, and case or medical management records.
