Recreational Camping Area definition

Recreational Camping Area means any area, whether provided privately or publically owned, used on a daily, nightly, weekly, or longer basis for the accommodation of five (5) or more tents or Recreational Camping Vehicles free of charge or for compensation. Recreational Camping Area excludes:

Recreational Camping Area means any area, whether privately or publicly owned, used on a daily, nightly, weekly, or longer basis for the accommodation of five or more tents or recreational camping vehicles free of charge or for compensation. Recreational camping area excludes children’s camps, industrial camps, migrant labor camps, as defined in Minnesota Statutes and state commissioner of health rules, United States Forest Service camps, state forest service camps, state wildlife management areas or state-owned public access areas which are restricted in use to picnicking and boat landing, temporary holding areas for self-contained recreational camping vehicles created by and adjacent to motor sports facilities, if the chief law enforcement officer of an affected jurisdiction determines that it is in the interest of public safety to provide a temporary holding area, and a privately owned area used for camping no more than once a year and for no longer than seven consecutive days by members of a private club where the members pay annual dues to belong to the club.

Examples of Recreational Camping Area in a sentence

  • It shall be the duty of the Department to inspect every Recreational Camping Area in Steams County as frequently as may be necessary to ensure compliance with this Ordinance.

  • For any inspections above and beyond the routine annual inspection and one follow- up inspection per Recreational Camping Area per year; a re-inspection fee may be charged for each subsequent follow-up visit until the violations no longer exist or the license of the Recreational Camping Area has been suspended or revoked.

  • A license shall not be issued for any Recreational Camping Area when a change of ownership occurs until all previous orders issued by the Department have been corrected or a compliance schedule has been established that is mutually agreeable to the Owner and the Department.

  • The Department may inspect the Manufactured Home Park or Recreational Camping Area as frequently as necessary to ensure that construction occurs in conformance with this Ordinance.

  • If an operation inspection cannot be completed within 90 days of license issuance, due to inactivity at the Recreational Camping Area, the license may be suspended until such Recreational Camping Area- related activities commence.

  • The license shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises occupied by the Recreational Camping Area.

  • Licenses shall not be transferable from one Recreational Camping Area or Owner to another Recreational Camping Area or Owner.

  • A license may not be issued for any Recreational Camping Area that has delinquent refuse accounts or delinquent property taxes or which has failed to pay any outstanding fees under this Ordinance.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Carpet Area means the net usable floor, area of an Flat/Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, excluding balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace, but includes the area covered by the internal partition walls of the flat/apartment;

  • Recreational trail means a trail, lane, path, road, or other right of way that because of its scenic, wild, or topographical nature, has as its primary purpose recreational use of the trail itself.

  • Park model recreational vehicle means a unit that:

  • Camping trailer means every vehicle that has collapsible sides and contains sleeping quarters but

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
