Red Circle Salary Treatment for the purposes of this Agreement, means that an Employee’s salary will be maintained, but not increased, above the Employee’s “red-circled” or “frozen” salary. Related to Red Circle Salary Treatment

  • Active treatment means the implementation of an individualized care plan developed under and supervised by a physician and other qualified mental health professionals that prescribes specific therapies and activities.

  • Medically Necessary Treatment means any treatment, tests, medication, or stay in hospital or part of a stay in hospital which:
