Redelivery Check definition

Redelivery Check has the meaning given in the Aircraft Lease Agreement.
Redelivery Check. The next due heavy maintenance visit which shall include but not be limited to accomplishment of a block C Check so that all scheduled and out of phase inspection have been cleared for [***]Flight Hours and [***]Cycles and [***] months. Where relevant, the work-scope and intervals (calendar and/or hourly) shall not be less than those prescribed by the then current Manufacturer’s Maintenance Planning Document block maintenance program. Weights: The Aircraft shall have the following weights: MTOW of [***] Lbs. MZFW of [***] Lbs. MLW of [***] Lbs. Airworthiness certification basis and operational standard: FAA. Examples of Redelivery Check in a sentence

  • All Documents and Records shall reflect the Redelivery condition and current status of the Aircraft at time of Redelivery, including all modifications and maintenance activity performed on the Redelivery Check.

  • All expenses associated with the Redelivery Check, in accordance with this Clause 12 and Schedule 4, and any other Redelivery requirement, will be at the expense of the Lessee, unless specifically noted in this Agreement, or otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

  • Lessee will notify and provide Lessor with a schedule for the Redelivery of the Aircraft not later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Redelivery Check, and Schedule 4 shall apply in relation to the Redelivery Check.

  • Save for the Lessor’s payment of the C-Check Costs, the remaining costs of such Redelivery Check and of all other work necessary to get the Aircraft into the condition required by the Lease at the time of redelivery to the Lessor, ordinary wear and tear excepted, shall be borne by the Lessee.

Related to Redelivery Check

  • Redelivery means the delivery of gas, excluding Firm Gas and Unauthorized Gas, to a Customer by KUB.
