Tasking Order Form definition

Tasking Order Form means the form to be included in each Tasking Order, a copy of which is contained in Schedule 2;
Tasking Order Form means the approval form to be used by the Authority to order works and/or Services in the appropriate form as set out in Schedule 3. Termination Date means any date of early termination of this Framework agreement (or part thereof) in accordance with either Defcon 92, Defcon 614, Defcon 656, or Clause 36 (Termination for prolonged Force Majeure Events).
Tasking Order Form means the document to be used to obtain a quotation for each Task;

Examples of Tasking Order Form in a sentence

  • This amendment will be for administrative purposes only and the Framework Contractor shall proceed on receipt of a fully authorised Tasking Order Form in accordance with 47.4.b above.

  • Receipt by the Framework Contractor and acceptance of this fully authorised Tasking Order Form shall constitute authority to proceed with the Task.

  • The Contractor must sign and return the Tasking Order Form within 24 hours of receipt by either fax or email to the Authority.

  • Tasking Orders under the Framework Contract are to be raised by the Authority’s Project Manager (or nominated representative) in writing, using Part 1 of the Tasking Order Form at Schedule 12 of the Contract.

  • No order shall be valid without this authorisation, and no work is to be undertaken against any order until the Framework Contractor has received the duly authorised Tasking Order Form.

  • Each Tasking Order shall be authorised by the Authority using Part 3 of the Tasking Order Form at Schedule 12.

  • The two sets of Conditions become a binding contract at the time of signature on the Tasking Order Form.

  • The Designated Officer and the Finance Officer will date and sign Section 1 of the Tasking Order Form and forward to the contractor.

  • The Authority shall appoint the person designated for each Tasking Order Form as "Commercial Officer" whose name, address and telephone number is set out in Appendix 1 to Schedule 3.

  • If there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and any Tasking Order, a descending order of precedence shall be accorded to: The General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement; Tasking Order Form; The Terms of Tasking Orders (Schedule 1); DEFFORM 111 (Schedule 4); Any other document incorporated by express reference as part of the entire Framework Agreement, So that the provision in the higher ranked document, to the extent of the inconsistency, shall prevail.
