Relevant Breach definition

Relevant Breach has the meaning given in Clause 38.9; (a)
Relevant Breach has the meaning given to it in clause 4.4;
Relevant Breach means any event, matter or circumstance which is a breach of any of the Warranties;

Examples of Relevant Breach in a sentence

  • All claims by the Purchaser for damages or compensation in respect of any Relevant Breach shall be subject to the provisions for the protection of the Vendor in Schedule 9.

  • In the event that there is a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller in respect of the valuation of the Relevant Breach in accordance with this clause, it shall be referred to the Independent Accountants for determination in accordance with Schedule 9.

  • Clause 18 (Dispute Resolution) will not apply to the resolution of any dispute as to whether a breach as defined in clause (b) or (c) of the definition of Relevant Breach has occurred, but that any such dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand, or as the parties may otherwise agree in writing.

More Definitions of Relevant Breach

Relevant Breach means any thing which is inconsistent with, contrary to or otherwise a breach of any of the Warranties;
