Rental License. In order to comply with City of Boulder ordinances, copies of the Boulder Xxxxxxx Rental License will be laminated and attached on the inside of an upper kitchen cabinet door. Emergency contact information will also be displayed at same location. Rental License renewals are required every four (4) years for each home. In order to maintain quality housing, inspections of the home will need to be conducted. It is recommended these be done on a semi-annual basis. A copy of the repair invoice shall be given to Tenant and entered into the Yardi system for collection. Rental License. This Agreement applies to rental copies of the SaaS Product (“Rental Product”), except for the following different or additional terms: The License Term for Rental Product varies and are defined in the rental contract, which Xxxx Scale may extend, upon written consent. Rental License. If the software was bundled by Media-Alliance with a hardware device and offered together as a system, you may rent the system to others for a temporary, defined period provided that:
(a) you ensure that each renter complies with this agreement; (b) you remain responsible for all of your obligations under this agreement; (c) you notify Media-Alliance, on request, of the location of all rented systems; and (d) you indemnify, defend, and hold Media-Alliance harmless from and against any claims or liabilities arising from your rental of Media-Alliance systems. You may not rent the software separate from the system or rent remote access to the software. Additional licenses for third party software distributed with the system may be required.
