For purposes of this Section 8.2.21, the value of the Rental Merchandise shall be as it is recorded on the books and records of the Loan Parties, determined in accordance with GAAP and the value of any jewelry shall be excluded from all calculations made.
The Loan Parties shall not permit the value of the Rental Merchandise under lease pursuant to Rental Contracts to be less than 77% of the total value of Rental Merchandise held for rental under rental contracts, as measured at the end of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower commencing September 30, 2001 and thereafter.
