Examples of Required Improvement in a sentence
In the event LCDJFS, in its sole discretion, determines that Subrecipient is failing to carry out any term(s) or condition(s) of the Agreement, LCDJFS may (but is not required to) issue Subrecipient a Notice of Required Improvement (“Cure Notice”) specifying deficiencies in Subrecipient’s performance of the Agreement.
If the default or failing continues for thirty (30) days after such written notice and the Developer makes no attempt to remedy the default, Teton County shall have, in addition to all of its other rights under the law, the right to complete the construction of the Required Improvement(s) or to correct any defect or deficiency in the Required Improvement, using either its own personnel or contractors hired for that purpose.
