Required Improvement definition

Required Improvement with respect to the Facility Lease, shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.

  • If the default or failing continues for thirty (30) days after such written notice and the Developer makes no attempt to remedy the default, Teton County shall have, in addition to all of its other rights under the law, the right to complete the construction of the Required Improvement(s) or to correct any defect or deficiency in the Required Improvement, using either its own personnel or contractors hired for that purpose.
