Required Substantial Completion Date definition

Required Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Required Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.
Required Substantial Completion Date means the date that is * calendar days from the date of the Full Notice to Proceed, as such date may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.
Required Substantial Completion Date means the date set forth in the Project Schedule, as such date may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Required Substantial Completion Date in a sentence

  • An equitable adjustment by Agreed Change shall be made for increases in the Contract Sum, Required Substantial Completion Date and Required Final Completion Date on account of any such suspension, delay or interruption.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding or any approvals by Princeton University of any Updated Project Schedules or anything in this Contract to the contrary, any change to the Required Substantial Completion Date or any of the Schedule Milestones shall only be pursuant to a Change Order signed by Princeton University.

  • Accordingly, notwithstanding anything in this Clause E5, even if conditions exist which would otherwise be an excusable delay hereunder to Contractor’s performance of the Work, Contractor may only be entitled to seek an extension of the Contract Time (for any Schedule Milestones or the Required Substantial Completion Date) only to the extent that such excusable delay is proven to the satisfaction of Princeton University in its discretion to demonstrably impact the critical path of the Project Schedule.

  • Contractor acknowledges that a delay in any one portion of the Project or in any Work sequence or any other aspect of the Work does not necessarily entitle Contractor to a delay in, or a delay of equal duration in, completion of the entire Project, or a delay that materially and adversely affects the Required Substantial Completion Date.

  • Such agreement shall be effective immediately and shall be an “Agreed Change,” which term, as used herein, shall mean any change in the Work as to which Contractor and Owner have agreed as any changes in the Contract Sum, the Required Substantial Completion Date and the Required Final Completion Date.

  • If no such agreement is reached, Contractor shall give notice to Architect and Owner of its objection to the change, if any, in the Contract Sum, Required Substantial Completion Date and/or Required Final Completion Date proposed in the Change Directive within five (5) business days after receipt of the Change Directive.

  • Required Substantial Completion Date must be set as a “Complete on or Before” constraint in accordance with the dates set forth in the Contract.

More Definitions of Required Substantial Completion Date

Required Substantial Completion Date means the date by which Lessor has agreed to cause Substantial Completion of the Lessor Work to occur, which shall be August 1, 2017.

Required Substantial Completion Date means the date on which the General Contractor is required to obtain Substantial Completion of the Work as provided in Section 14.1 of the Design/Build Contract.”

Related to Required Substantial Completion Date

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).
