Research Collaboration Term definition

Research Collaboration Term has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3.

Research Collaboration Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending upon the first to occur of either (a) identification by OncoMed, and confirmation by the JSC, that [***], or (b) five (5) years after the Effective Date.
