The JRC will be responsible for (i) the overall management of the Research Program, and for approving changes and updates to the Research Plan, (ii) the monitoring, reviewing and recording of the progress of the Research Program, (iii) setting, and monitoring the spending against, the budget for Research Program Costs, as set forth in the Research Plan, (iv) facilitating the prosecution of the Product Specific Patents in accordance with Article 9 below.
Such Financial Representative shall work under the direction of the JRC during the Research Term and shall provide services to and consult with the JRC thereafter, in order to address the financial, budgetary and accounting issues that arise in connection with the Research Plan or Research Program Costs.
For each Program Year, the Research Board shall provide the specifications for the Research Reports described in Section 10.2 to the GoMRI Administrative Unit no later than the date the Research Program Costs for that Program Year are distributed to the Research Consortia.
