Reserve Deposits means any payments to the Capital Replacement Reserve and Operating Reserve accounts pursuant to Sections 4.12 and 4.13 hereof.

Reserve Deposits means one or more of the following:

Reserve Deposits means any payments to the Capital Replacement Reserve account and payments to the Operating Reserve account pursuant to Sections 10 and 11, respectively, of the Agency Regulatory Agreement.

Reserve Deposits means any payments to the Capital Replacement Reserve account for Phase B of the Project pursuant to Section 8.9 hereof. ―Resident Lease‖ and ―Resident Leases‖ are defined in Section 19.1.
