Restaurant Facilities definition

Restaurant Facilities shall include, without limitation: (i) a quick-service restaurant in which value-priced meals are prepared on the premises, sold at a counter or window, and intended for immediate on-premise consumption, carry-out, or for home delivery (such as, by way of example, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Xxxx); (ii) a non-tablecloth, sit-down service restaurant that sells value-priced meals (i.e., by way of example, restaurants with a similar price point and operational/marketing approach such as Bennigans or Denny's); (iii) a contract food operation or food concessionaire (excluding Nestle or an affiliate thereof) or (iv) a donut shop. Restaurant Facilities shall include the fountain (including poured coffee) and/or take-out food service operations of convenience stores and gas stations.
Restaurant Facilities the land, buildings and other facilities together with all supporting infrastructure, plant and equipment, as required to enable the Private Party to exercise its rights and perform its obligations included in the Project Deliverables; on the Operation Commencement Date and any new facilities constructed or developed by the Private Party during the Project Term, which is further described in Schedule 1 and the attached site drawings in Schedule 2.

  • The testing of each unit includes all assets in the resort, i.e. Hotels, Restaurant Facilities and Sport Services and Shops.

Related to Restaurant Facilities

  • Parking Facilities means the parking area located on the Property, containing the approximate number of lined parking spaces set forth in the Building Description, which parking area is provided as Common Facilities.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Restaurant means a business location:

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, ice rinks, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.

  • Airport facilities means any of the following at an airport:

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Shared Facilities means the gen-tie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from the Facility (which is excluded from Shared Facilities) to the point of interconnection, including the Interconnection Agreement itself, that are used in common with third parties.
