More Definitions of Restricted Action

Restricted Action means any action by ACG or any of its Subsidiaries inconsistent with the covenants set forth in Section 7.3; and, for the avoidance of doubt, an action shall be and remain a Restricted Action even if ACG or any of its Subsidiaries is permitted to take such an action pursuant to Section 7.5.
Restricted Action means any action by Newco or any of its Subsidiaries inconsistent with the covenants set forth in Section 7.2; and, for the avoidance of doubt, an action shall be and remain a Restricted Action even if Newco or any of its Subsidiaries is permitted to take such an action pursuant to Section 7.8.
