Restricted Personal Data definition

Restricted Personal Data means information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate a specific individual including, without limitation, name, physical address, telephone number, fax number, email address, financial information (including, bank account numbers, credit or debit card information, PINs, or information regulated under the GLBA), health information (including any health insurance information or information regulated under HIPAA), government issued IDs (including driver’s license number, passport number, national ID number, TIN or EIN number, social security number), medical information, biometric or genetic information, information regarding children (e.g. under the age of 16 or information subject to the Children Online Privacy Protection Act) and any information defined as ‘Special Categories of Data’ under Article 9 of the GDPR. For the purpose of this Agreement, Restricted Personal Data shall not include IP address (which is anonymised upon collection) and other unique identifiers such as cookie IDs.
Restricted Personal Data means any Personal Data originating from an Authorized Entity located within an Origination Area.
Restricted Personal Data means information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate a specific individual including, without limitation, name, physical address, telephone number, fax number, email address, financial information, health information, government issued IDs, medical information, biometric or genetic information, information regarding children or any information defined as ‘Special Categories of Data’ under Article 9 of the GDPR and any “Personal Information” as defined under CCPA.   • You will provide us with Restricted Personal Data only in accordance with mutually agreed protective measures.

More Definitions of Restricted Personal Data

Restricted Personal Data means data containing confidential personal information including addresses, medical information, financial data as defined by federal or state statute or school board policy.

Related to Restricted Personal Data

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

  • Relevant Personal Data means Personal Data in respect of which we are the Controller.

  • Highly restricted personal information means an individual’s photograph or image, social security number, digitized signature, and medical and disability information.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Authority Personal Data means any Personal Data supplied for the purposes of or in connection with this Framework Agreement by the Authority to the Supplier;

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Operational Data means personal data provided or made available by one party to the other which is operationally required for the performance of the Contract (business contact information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers and fax numbers) relating to the Party’s employees or representatives;

  • Highly Confidential Information means Proprietary Information that is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or is otherwise designated as such hereunder.

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Restricted Geographic Area is defined as all countries, territories, parishes, municipalities and states in which Company is doing business or is selling its products at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with Company, including but not limited to every parish and municipality in the state of Louisiana. Employee acknowledges that this geographic scope is reasonable given Employee's position with Company, the international scope of Company's business; and the fact that Employee could compete with Company from anywhere Company does business.

  • Proprietary and Confidential Information means trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary or confidential information of the Company or any of its affiliates, or of any customers, members, employees or directors of any of such entities, but shall not include any information that (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to Executive by the Company or (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to Executive by the Company other than as a result of a disclosure by Executive in violation of this Agreement. By way of illustration but not limitation, “Proprietary and Confidential Information” includes: (i) trade secrets, documents, memoranda, reports, files, correspondence, lists and other written and graphic records affecting or relating to any such entity’s business; (ii) confidential marketing information including without limitation marketing strategies, customer and client names and requirements, services, prices, margins and costs; (iii) confidential financial information; (iv) personnel information (including without limitation employee compensation); and (v) other confidential business information.
