Revolving Swing Line Loan definition

Revolving Swing Line Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a).

Examples of Revolving Swing Line Loan in a sentence

  • If such Revolving Lender pays such amount (with interest and fees as aforesaid), the amount so paid shall constitute such Revolving Lender’s Revolving Committed Loan included in the relevant Revolving Committed Borrowing or funded participation in the relevant Revolving Swing Line Loan, as the case may be.

  • Immediately upon the making of a Revolving Swing Line Loan, each Revolving Lender shall be deemed to, and hereby irrevocably and unconditionally agrees to, purchase from the Revolving Swing Line Lender a risk participation in such Revolving Swing Line Loan in an amount equal to the product of such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage times the amount of such Revolving Swing Line Loan.

  • At any time the Revolving Autoborrow Agreement is not in effect with respect to the Revolving Swing Line Loans, the Company shall repay each Revolving Swing Line Loan (X) at any time on demand by the Revolving Swing Line Lender and (Y) on the Maturity Date.

Related to Revolving Swing Line Loan

  • Swing Line Loans as defined in Section 2.2(a).

  • Revolving Credit Advance means an advance by a Bank to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Rate Advance, each of which shall be a “Type” of Advance.

  • Revolving Credit Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
