RFConnects Delivery means Lender's proprietary service to support the electronic exchange of information between Lender and Borrower, including Advance Requests, shipping requests, payoff requests, activity reports and exception reports.

"Servicing Portfolio Report" has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a). "Single Family Mortgage Loan" means a Mortgage Loan secured by a Mortgage on improved real property on which is located a 1-to-4 family residence. "Standard Warehouse Period" means, for any Mortgage Loan, the maximum number of days a Warehousing Advance against that type of Mortgage Loan, other than against an Aged Mortgage Loan, may remain outstanding, as set forth in Exhibit H. "Statement Date" means the Audited Statement Date or the Interim Statement Date, as applicable. "Sublimit" means the aggregate amount of Warehousing Advances (expressed as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the Warehousing Commitment Amount) that is permitted to be outstanding at any one time against a specific type of Eligible Loan. "Subordinated Debt" means all indebtedness of Borrower for borrowed money that is effectively subordinated in right of payment to all present and future Obligations either (1) under a Subordination of Debt Agreement on the form prescribed by Lender or (2) otherwise on terms acceptable to Lender.
