RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Lessor may show the Premises to prospective purchasers and mortgagees; and during the twelve (12) months prior to termination of this Lease, to prospective tenants, during Building Hours on reasonable notice to Lessee.
RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Landlord and Landlord's Agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times to show them to prospective purchasers or mortgagees and, during the last six {6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease is renewed), to show the Premises then to prospective tenants.

Tenant hereby agrees that for a period commencing one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, Landlord may show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice to Tenant, and one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, may display on the exterior of the Leased Premises, rent or sale signs advertising the availability of the Premises.
RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. 28.01 For a period commencing one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease or any extension thereof, Landlord may show the Premises and may display about the Premises signs advertising the availability of the Premises.
RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Section 26.01: The Lessee hereby agrees that, for a period commencing one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, the Lessor may show the Leased Premises and building to prospective Lessees, and one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, Lessor may display about said Leased Premises the usual and ordinary "For Lease" signs.
RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. 26.01 Landlord may upon reasonable advance notice except in an emergency show the Premises to prospective tenants and brokers, and may display signs about the Project and elsewhere advertising the availability of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts not to materially disrupt, disturb or interfere with the conduct of Tenant's business during such entry.

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. 24.1 The Tenant will permit the Landlord to exhibit the Demised Premises during the last six (6) months of the Term to any prospective tenant and will permit all persons having written authority from the Landlord to view the Demised Premises at all reasonable hours.
