Risk Adjusted Assets definition
Risk Adjusted Assets means, on any date and with respect to any Obligor, the amount, for such Obligor and its consolidated subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) on such date, of "weighted risk assets", within the meaning given to such term in the Capital Adequacy Guidelines for State Member Banks published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (12 C.F.R. Part 208, Appendix A, as amended, modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time or any replacement thereof).
Risk Adjusted Assets means, with reference to the Borrower, at any time, the Borrower's total weighted risk assets at such time as defined and determined in accordance with Regulation Y.
