Rollover Reserve Account definition

Rollover Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.1 hereof.
Rollover Reserve Account. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the aggregate amount of the Rollover Reserve Fund shall not exceed Eight Million Six Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Fifty Eight and No/100 Dollars ($8,667,058.00) in the aggregate on any Payment Date (after giving effect to the payment of the Monthly Rollover Reserve Fund Deposit) and accordingly, a Monthly Rollover Reserve Deposit shall be decreased to the extent necessary.
Rollover Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
