Scheduled Available Time definition

Scheduled Available Time means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Scheduled Available Time means twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week excluding Scheduled Downtime and Recurring Downtime (each as defined in section B.4.2).
Scheduled Available Time shall be defined as twenty-four hours-a- day, seven days-a-week, excluding (1) scheduled maintenance downtime of two (2) hours per week, which shall only be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday; (2) maintenance downtime for specific critical Software issues InsynQ shall contact Remedy Corporation at least 24 hours in advance of the need for such downtime, to schedule a mutually agreeable time to perform such maintenance; and (3) any downtime due to Software defects, or caused by other forces beyond the immediate control of InsynQ.

Examples of Scheduled Available Time in a sentence

  • During the Term, RoseASP will provide Customer with non-exclusive electronic access to a dedicated digital information processing, transmission and storage system located at the Hosting Facility (“Server”) during Scheduled Available Time during the Term to (1) store the Customer Material, and (2) make the data and the Software that is hosted on the Servers available on demand to Authorized Users through the Internet.

  • Should a Force Majeure event occur which prevents Availability during Scheduled Available Time by greater than 14 consecutive days (or 336 consecutive hours), Customer shall, as its exclusive remedy for such event, have the option of terminating the Term in accordance with Section L upon prior written notice to RoseASP, in which case RoseASP shall cease to be obligated to supply the ASP Product to Customer as of the date notice of termination is received by RoseASP.

  • If RoseASP is unable to provide at least 99% Availability during the Scheduled Available Time in any given calendar month, Customer shall receive an aggregate credit to its next Monthly Contract Fee then due equal to 25% of the Monthly Contract Fee due for the month in which at least 99% Availability was not achieved, excluding rebilled circuit charges.

  • Upon acceptance of an order from Enterprise Customer by VENDOR, the VENDOR Service (excluding sync, preview, email uploads, FTP and search functionality) will be available to Customer for 99.9% of all Scheduled Available Time, as calculated on a monthly basis and excluding circumstances beyond VENDOR's reasonable control (including, without limitation, any force majeure events described in the Agreement).

  • B.4.2 Downtime Downtime refers to any periods within the Scheduled Available Time (excluding Scheduled and Recurring Downtime) during which the applications, systems and networks referred to in this Agreement are unavailable because of any outage that is unplanned.

  • Downtime refers to any periods within the Scheduled Available Time (excluding Scheduled Downtime and Recurring Downtime) during which the applications, systems and networks used to offer the Box Service are unavailable because of any outage that is unplanned.

More Definitions of Scheduled Available Time

Scheduled Available Time means 24 hours a day and 7 days a week minus any Downtime time attributed to the SLA Exclusions.
Scheduled Available Time means Monday to Friday (8:30am to 7pm), Saturdays (9am to 5pm), Sundays (9am to 12pm) during the applicable Contract Month. “Unscheduled Down Time” means any period where the Production Application Environment is not Available (net of any concurrent downtime amongst components), excluding Scheduled Maintenance Windows, Critical Maintenance, Client Requested Maintenance Downtime and the Exclusions. This service level begins upon completion of the Stabilization Period. In the event of Go Live of new functionality, an Upgrade, or significant change in the Architecture of the Application Environment, this service level will be suspended temporarily subject to the applicable Stabilization Period. For the purposes of this service level, managed network includes the Service Provider data center network. VPN and other Internet connectivity, and Client managed network connectivity, are excluded from the definition of managed network and this service level.
Scheduled Available Time means the total number of minutes in a specific month, less all Scheduled Downtime during that month.

VPN and other Internet connectivity, and Client managed network connectivity are excluded from the definition of managed network and this service level.
Scheduled Available Time means twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, commencing as of the Completion Date, and thereafter during the Term excluding: (1) scheduled maintenance downtime of 2 hours per week, plus 12 hours per quarter for maintenance updates, etc; (2) maintenance downtime for specific critical Software issues; and (3) any downtime due to software defects or due to circumstances caused by Customer, or due to events or interruptions caused by other forces beyond the immediate control of RoseASP.
