Seconded Staff definition

Seconded Staff means any person from a Member State or any organization transferred to the Union to hold a temporary assignment with an Organ of the Union upon an agreed terms and conditions by all the parties concerned.
Seconded Staff means the employees of the Council seconded to the Trust in accordance with Clause 8 and identified in Schedule 4 and subject to the Secondment Agreement which is contained in Schedule 4;
Seconded Staff means that personnel who are employees of the Council or of the LHB and who it has been agreed will be managed and directed in their duties by the Host Partner according to the terms of the Secondment Agreement;

  • Where an issue in relation to health, performance, misconduct, grievance and capability or any other similar employment matter arises, the Seconded Chief Officer shall discuss with the Employing Chief Officer, how such circumstances shall be managed and the Seconded Chief Officer and the Employing Chief Officer shall share the responsibility for maintaining the Seconded Staff Members health, safety, welfare and wellbeing while such Seconded Staff Member is on secondment.

  • In signing this Agreement, the Seconded Staff Member confirms that s/he is aware of his or her obligations with respect to intellectual property arrangements under the Grant Agreement.

  • The SJU shall bear the expenses for duty travel of the Seconded Staff in accordance with Section 7 (“Mission Expenses”) of Schedule 2 and with SJU Mission Rules not attached hereto but available upon request.

  • More generally, the SJU shall inform the Member of any difficulty that has been encountered with the Seconded Staff.

  • Following signature by the Member and the SJU of this Agreement, the Member and the Seconded Staff shall sign an adequate assignment contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Assignment Contract”), which shall be in full compliance with this Agreement.

  • In compliance with Article 11.4 of Schedule 2 attached hereto, the Seconded Staff shall sign a declaration of commitment and absence of conflict of interest and an annual declaration of interest in the form attached hereto as respectively Schedules 3 and 4.

  • The Hosting Party shall communicate to and instruct the Seconded Staff Member in any applicable local procedures regarding, but not limited to, health and safety and proper scientific conduct to ensure that the Seconded Staff Member enjoys at the place of Secondment at least the same standards and working conditions as those applicable to local persons holding a similar position.

  • During their Secondments, Seconded Staff Members will be granted access to the minimum conditions to carry out their research work.


More Definitions of Seconded Staff

Seconded Staff shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
Seconded Staff means those personnel who are employees of Hywel Dda Health Board and who it has been agreed will be managed and directed in their duties by the Council according to policies and procedures agreed by the Partners;
Seconded Staff means those personnel who are employees of either Partner and who it has been agreed will be managed and directed in their duties by the other Partner according to any Secondment Protocol together with any other policies andprocedures agreed by the Partners; “Secondment Protocol” means the terms for supervision and management of the Council and Health Boardstaff; “Service” means the provision of those services to or for a Service User by the Partners as more specifically described in Appendix 4 (Service: Service users, Manner, Delivery Method, Location and Access) in accordance with theAims and Objectives; “Service User” means any person(s) receiving the benefit of the Service, such person(s) being limited to person(s) who are eligible (as determined in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 4 toreceive the benefit of the Services; “Staff” means employees of the Council and employees of the Health Board with the exception of Approved Mental Health Practitioners as defined in the Mental Health Act 1983 who are directly responsible for assessing and or providing care to Service Users as a part of the arrangementsset out at Appendices 2 and 3; “Term” means the period from the Commencement Date expiring on 31 March 2016 subject to earlier termination in accordance with the termsof this Agreement; “Terms of Reference” means the terms of reference for the HSCB as set out in Appendix 5 as amended from time totime in accordance with Clause 6.3;

Related to Seconded Staff

  • Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
