Supplier Facility definition

Supplier Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
Supplier Facility means each supplier facility expressly approved in advance in writing by ISB which includes Supplier’s Wisconsin and Costa Rica facilities.
Supplier Facility means the manufacturing facility where Supplier will Manufacture a Product, which facility is located as specified in the BUSA or purchase order placed thereunder, quality agreement, or such other facility designated in Supplier’s approved disaster recovery plan when such plan is triggered.

  • Purchaser shall have the right while at any such Supplier Facility to inspect and copy Supplier’s records, permits, and licenses to evaluate work practices and compliance with all Applicable Laws, including but not limited to applicable regulations, occupational health and safety, and environmental laws and regulations, cGMP, cGLP and warehousing practices and procedures.

  • Upon Supplier’s receipt of Customer Materials, Customer agrees that it shall bear all and insure against all risk of loss at all times while such Customer Materials are located at the Supplier Facility or while such Customer Materials are under the direction and control of Supplier.

More Definitions of Supplier Facility

Supplier Facility means the specific premises of Supplier located at [***] for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 4 and additionally the specific premises of Supplier’s Affiliate and subcontractor [***] for Phase 3 and Phase 4.
Supplier Facility means the manufacturing facility or facilities where Supplier will Manufacture a Product, which facility or facilities is located at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX 00000, or such other facility or facilities designated in Supplier’s approved disaster recovery plan when such plan is triggered.
Supplier Facility means Supplier’s manufacturing facility at Yantai City, Shandong Province, or any other facility of Supplier where Products are manufactured for sale to Suneva and that has been approved by Suneva in accordance with Section 4.4.
Supplier Facility or “Facilities” means Supplier's or Supplier's Affiliate's manufacturing facilities set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
Supplier Facility means the locations designated as “Supplier Facilities” that are listed in Schedule F. “Supplier Personnel” means those employees, representatives, contractors, subcontractors and agents of Supplier, Subcontractors and Supplier Affiliates who perform any ASP Services under this ASP Agreement. “Term” has the meaning given in Section 13. “Use” means access, configure, (among Ascension Health and Eligible Recipients), execute, operate, display, provide training and user support and otherwise use.
Supplier Facility has the meaning given in paragraph 12.1.5 of Schedule 4. Supplier’s Final Staff List the list of all the Supplier’s personnel engaged in or wholly or mainly assigned to the provision of the Services or any part of the Services at the Service Transfer Date.
Supplier Facility means the production facility of the Supplier at Utinga, Sto. Andre, Sao Paulo State, Brazil.
