Supplier Facility means the manufacturing facility where Supplier will Manufacture a Product, which facility is located as specified in the BUSA or purchase order placed thereunder, quality agreement, or such other facility designated in Supplier’s approved disaster recovery plan when such plan is triggered.

Supplier Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

• Promptly following the Supplier’s delivery of such action plan to the Purchaser, the Parties shall meet and work in good faith to agree upon the measures, if any, that may be implemented in order for the applicable Target OTS Percentage to be met in the future in respect of the affected Supplier Facility.

Supplier Facility means the specific premises of Supplier located at [***] for Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 4 and additionally the specific premises of Supplier’s Affiliate and subcontractor [***] for Phase 3 and Phase 4.

Supplier Facility means Supplier’s manufacturing facility at Yantai City, Shandong Province, or any other facility of Supplier where Products are manufactured for sale to Suneva and that has been approved by Suneva in accordance with Section 4.4.

Supplier Facility or “Facilities” means Supplier's or Supplier's Affiliate's manufacturing facilities set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
