Seller Bonus Plans definition

Seller Bonus Plans has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.13.
Seller Bonus Plans means the Kodak Executive Compensation for Excellence and Leadership Plan, as amended and restated effective January 1, 2002, the Kodak United States Employee Recognition Plan, as revised on October 14, 2002, and the Kodak Wage Dividend Plan.
Seller Bonus Plans means the 2015 Genworth Financial Variable Incentive Compensation Plan and the 2015 Reach for Success Plan as listed in folder 6.2 (Short term incentives) of the HR Data Room;

Examples of Seller Bonus Plans in a sentence

  • Seller shall identify the Seller Bonus Plans on a Schedule 11.1.4 to be delivered to Buyer no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the Closing Date.

  • In determining the amount of the bonus to be paid by Buyer in accordance with the preceding sentence, Buyer shall apply criteria that are substantially comparable to the criteria established as of the Closing Date under the Seller Bonus Plans under which the bonus would have been paid had the Transferred Employees remained employees of Seller or one of its Affiliates.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).

  • Seller Benefit Plan means each Benefit Plan sponsored, maintained or contributed to by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries or with respect to which Seller or any of its Subsidiaries is a party and in which any Employee is or becomes eligible to participate or derive a benefit.

  • Bonus Amount means the greater of (i) the average annual incentive bonus earned by Executive from the Company (or its affiliates) during the last three (3) completed fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding Executive's Date of Termination (annualized in the event Executive was not employed by the Company (or its affiliates) for the whole of any such fiscal year), and (ii) the Executive's target annual incentive bonus for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.
