Serial Bond definition

Serial Bond means a Republic of Finland Government Bond (RFGB) issued in one or more tranches under the governing laws of Finland and which will rank pari passu with all other present or future unsecured indebtedness of the Republic of Finland.

  • Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose duration (as determined by Prudential) most closely matches the duration of such Accepted Note.
