Series A Floating Rate Period definition

Series A Floating Rate Period means the period from and including December 15, 2021 and thereafter until such time as all of the Outstanding Series A Preferred Units are redeemed in accordance with Section 16.5 or are converted in accordance with Section 16.11.
Series A Floating Rate Period means the period from and including June 15, 2027.
Series A Floating Rate Period means the period from and including August 15, 2023 and thereafter until such time as the Partnership converts all of the Outstanding Series A Preferred Units in accordance with Section 16.6 or redeems all of the Outstanding Series A Preferred Units in accordance with Section 16.5.

  • Series A Distributions payable for any Series A Distribution Period during the Series A Floating Rate Period will be calculated based on a 360-day year and the number of days actually elapsed during such Series A Distribution Period.

  • If any Series A Distribution Payment Date during the Series A Floating Rate Period would otherwise occur on a date that is not a Business Day, then the Series A Distribution Payment Date will be the next day that is a Business Day.


More Definitions of Series A Floating Rate Period

Series A Floating Rate Period means the period from and including February 15, 2023 and thereafter until such time as all of the Outstanding Series A Preferred Units are redeemed in accordance with S ection 5.17(b)(iv).
Series A Floating Rate Period means the period from and after September 30, 2017.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the rate of interest (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the T-Bill Rate on the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date plus 1.60% (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such Quarterly Floating Rate Period divided by 365).

  • Floating Rate Certificates The Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates.

  • Floating Rate Convention means that each relevant date shall be the date which numerically corresponds to the preceding such date in the calendar month which is the number of months specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Specified Period after the calendar month in which the preceding such date occurred; provided, however, that:

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Floating Rate.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2020 Series D Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.
