Service Area 1. Street cleaning and trash removal: ● All streets shall be cleaned and have trash removed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (5 days per week). This shall include: o Clean sidewalk and flower beds for litter and remove any item cigarette butt sized or larger o Remove and dispose of all weeds growing in the service area o Empty all HBA owned trashcans and ash cans in area and wipe down as needed o Empty all HBA owned ashtrays area indicted above and wipe down as needed o Broom sweep gutters for cigarette butts and leaves along sidewalks and major corners, bus stops, and outside nightclubs o Remove posters and stickers from light poles and trees up to 8’ high ● Five additional hours a month shall be available for special projects at the direction of the HBA (60 hours annually) Pressure Washing ● All streets shall be pressure washed on alternating months (6 times per year) with the exception of 5th Ave from Xxxxxxxx Ave. to University Ave. which shall be pressure washed on a monthly basis (12 times per year). This shall include removing gum, soda spillage, trash can debris and other blemishes not removed in the sidewalk cleaning described above ● All HBA owned trash cans and containers shall be pressure washed and sanitized quarterly (4 times per year) ● Four additional hours per month shall be available for special projects at the direction of the HBA (52 hours annually)
Service Area 1. MS4 Permit Administration Compliance with the MS4 permit requires ongoing administration of the permit. Permit administration services include: • Completion of an annual program evaluation. • Preparation of the annual report and other permit required documents as needed. • Update the Program Description Document and regulatory mechanisms. • Representation during permit renewal.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.
