Service Call A visit to Your Residence by one of HomeServe’s approved local technicians, where work is performed to diagnose and complete a single repair, or where it is determined the repair is not covered.
Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;
Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.
Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.
Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.
Service Schedules has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.
New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.
Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
