Analytics Data. If any Analytics collection is enabled, You agree, and shall ensure that the applicable End Users agree, that Apple and its subsidiaries and agents may collect, maintain, process and use diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including but not limited to, unique system or hardware identifiers, and information about Your devices, system and application software, and peripherals. This information is gathered periodically to provide and improve the Service, to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other features related to the Service, and to verify compliance with the terms of this Agreement (collectively, “Analytics”). You may change Your preferences for Analytics collection at any time by updating Your MDM settings, or on a device-by-device basis, in Settings. Apple may use such Analytics information for the purposes described above, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify Your End Users.
Analytics Data. If you choose to allow Analytics collection, you agree that Apple and its subsidiaries and agents may collect, maintain, process and use diagnostic, technical, usage and related information, including but not limited to unique system or hardware identifiers, information about your computer, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to provide and improve Apple’s products and services, facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to the Apple Software, and to verify compliance with the terms of this License. To enable Apple’s partners and third party developers to improve their software, hardware and services designed for use with Apple products, Apple may also provide any such partner or third party developer with a subset of diagnostic information that is relevant to that partner’s or developer’s software, hardware and/or services, as long as the diagnostic information is in a form that does not personally identify you.

Analytics Data. Rentle shall have the right to collect anonymous statistical data (“Analytics Data”) from the Customer’s use of the Services, provided that such Analytics Data cannot be linked to Customer. Analytics Data shall be proprietary to Rentle.
Analytics Data. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, as among the Parties and Authorized Users, CAI (along with its Affiliates) owns and has the right to freely use and disclose Analytics Data, provided that Analytics Data may not be disclosed in a manner that identifies, or could be used to identify, Licensee or Authorized Users, or otherwise associates Licensee or Authorized Users with such data.
Analytics Data. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Nametag shall have the right to collect and analyze Analytics Data in order to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision, improvement, and operation of the Services (including, but not limited to, for diagnostic and corrective purposes) and to use such Analytics Data both during and after the Term for the purpose of providing and improving the Services and Nametag’s other products and services. Customer acknowledges that Nametag may also distribute, use and provide the Customer Data to Nametag’s service providers who act on Nametag’s behalf in providing the Services (e.g. third party web hosting providers); as well as to third parties chosen by Nametag that are used to provide various additional services (and enhancements), and which can be provided for the benefit of Customer, (e.g., analytics services, and any other value-added services which may be offered by Nametag from time to time in connection with the Services provided under this agreement, as applicable).
Analytics Data. RapidDeploy may process Client Content, to create, and may otherwise collect and use, Analytics Data which it will use:
a. to facilitate delivery of the Services (such as tracking entitlements, providing support, monitoring the performance, confidentiality, integrity, availability and stability of the Services’ infrastructure, and preventing or addressing service or technical issues);
b. in connection with product/service use and performance analysis, feature development and delivery, and usability analysis and improvement
c. to create De-Identified Data, aggregated analytics, and other information relating to emergency services use, responses, trends, and other analytics or data that RapidDeploy may determine from time to time; and
d. all other uses described in the RapidDeploy privacy policy with respect to Analytics Data. This document sets forth the Service Level Agreement (SLA) held between RapidDeploy and its Clients and/or prime contractors during the Subscription Term. This Service Level Agreement will include, but is not limited to, the platform (RapidDeploy) and guaranteed uptime thereof, the Client support process as outlined by the RapidDeploy support process, and the escalation processes and details to provide consistent and visible service delivery processes.
Analytics Data. You acknowledge and agree that Personalized Software may collect anonymous data with respect to the use and performance of the Software and/or the SaaS Services, and analyze Center Content and Parent Data to create aggregate data that does not identify you or any Parent, child or individual; and that Personalized Software will be the owner of such usage data and aggregate data.
Analytics Data. Although we do not normally use Analytics Data to identify you as an individual, you can sometimes be recognized from it, either alone or when combined or linked with User Data. In such situations, Analytics Data can also be considered personal data under applicable laws and we will treat such data as personal data. We may automatically collect the following Analytics Data when you visit or interact with the Zestty Services: ● device and device identification number, device IMEI ● country ● IP address ● browser type and version ● operating system ● Internet service providers ● advertising identifier of your device ● visitor identifier ● time spent on the Zestty Services ● interaction with the Zestty Services ● information on your purchases made through the Zestty Services ● the URL of the website you visited before and after visiting the Zestty Services ● the time and date of your visits to the Zestty Services ● the sections of the Zestty Services you visited ● the products you searched for while using the Zestty Services Cookies We use various technologies to collect and store Analytics Data and other information when the Users visit the Zestty Services, including cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small text files sent and saved on your device that allows us to identify visitors of the Zestty Services and facilitate the use of the Zestty Services and to create aggregate information of our visitors. This helps us to improve the Zestty Services and better serve our Users. The cookies will not harm your device or files. We use cookies to tailor the Zestty Services and the information we provide in accordance with the individual interests of our Users. The Users may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert when cookies are being sent. Analytics Data. ACUE may create, use, distribute, and otherwise make use of Analytics Data in any manner and for any purpose, all of which will be owned by and shall be the property of ACUE. “Analytics Data” means aggregated data derived from the operation or use of the Services, including data elements derived from Customer Content, and any conclusions, reports, or other data resulting from analysis of such data.
