Service Delivery Plan definition

Service Delivery Plan means the plan submitted by the MCO as part of the response to the Request for Proposals, and approved by the STATE.

More Definitions of Service Delivery Plan

Service Delivery Plan means the plan referred to in clause 5 detailing the planned work for each year of the Contract Term.
