Service Level Performance definition

Service Level Performance means, in respect of each Service Level, the Provider’s actual performance of the Services against such Service Level in the relevant period.
Service Level Performance means, in respect of each Service Level or Key Performance Indicator (KPI), the Service Provider's actual performance of the Services against such Service Level or KPI in the relevant Period;
Service Level Performance means the performance of the P5G Service measured against the Availability Level for the relevant Measurement Period.

  • The reports will include “actual versus target” Service Level Performance, a variance analysis and discussion of appropriate issues or significant events.

  • Populate the maximum number of the Service Level Performance Criteria in respect of which the weightings may be changed.

Related to Service Level Performance

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Substantial Performance means the stage of completion when:(a) all Work, as certified by the Contract Administrator, is capable of completion or correction at a cost of not more than:

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.
