Service Minutes definition

Service Minutes means minutes of connectivity to Firstserv. Other defined terms in these Special Terms and Conditions Section D shall have the meanings given to them in the General Terms and Conditions.
Service Minutes means minutes of connectivity to Firstserv.
Service Minutes is defined as Minutes of Availability less Scheduled Outage less Other Permitted Outages.

Examples of Service Minutes in a sentence

  • In the event usage of the Hosted Reservation and/or Hosted Web Services exceed Peak Usage for any period of time during the Term of this Agreement, any minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services and/or Hosted Web Services is unavailable shall not be counted as Interrupted Service Minutes for purposes of calculating System Availability under this Agreement.

  • In the event the Customer Website does not maintain a Passing Website Efficiency Grade for any period of time during the Term of this Agreement, then during such time period any minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services and/or Hosted Web Services is unavailable shall not be counted as Interrupted Service Minutes for purposes of calculating whether NAVITAIRE has met the Minimum System Availability Target under this Agreement.

  • For all other Facilities, insert “N/A”] Duration of Service (Minutes), in respect of an Energy Limited Facility [Note to Finalization – To be inserted for Energy Limited Facilities.

  • Interrupted Service due to Customer misuse of the Hosted Reservation Services System or acts or omissions of third parties not under NAVITAIRE’s control will be excluded from Interrupted Service Minutes and may incur Support Fees at the rate specified in Exhibit K, Section 1.3.

More Definitions of Service Minutes

Service Minutes means the number of minutes of data collected by the Operata Platform for each customer interaction.
Service Minutes means the seconds of data collected by the Operata Platform for each customerinteraction, rounded up to the nearest minute. Operata charges for Service Minutes are detailed in the Customer service order.
Service Minutes means minutes of connectivity to Acuity Unified Communications Limited. “SERVICE ORDER FORM” – the order form which specifies the SERVICE and forms part of this agreement “SERVICE” – Acuity Unified Communications Limited’s services as detailed on the SERVICE ORDER FORM and forms part of the ORDER FORM.
Service Minutes means the total number of minutes in a month, less all Scheduled Downtime; and
Service Minutes means, with respect to a given Reporting Period, the total number of minutes during which Hosted Reservation Services are unavailable due to Interrupted Service, excluding Planned Downtime Minutes. This time is tracked by the minute, rounded up to the nearest minute per incident.

Related to Service Minutes

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier, its Affiliated Companies, its subcontractors and its and their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents and invitees.
